High Oracle Zu Basaltus

This is the High Oracle of Varda (Goddess of Magic and Sight) and leader of Othrimal, Zu Basaltus. He's currently the most powerful seer ever. No one knows why, but he's horribly scarred and has loss the (physical) sight in his left eye. He's also lost his right ring finger up to the first knuckle.

The party has had alot of dealings with him since recovering the Devil Stone of Greed from Zepherin and receiving the Prophecy and of Credenz. Oh! Also the key for the stone box that contains the Devil Stone of Lies which is a glowy blue hologram that is currently resting in Bella's heart (yipe!).

He's helped us as much as he could because, MY GOD do we buggle somethings. We've proven to him that we're incredibly important to the survival of the world, but we're still working on the adventurer thingy so we screw up ALOT.

He's also helped Bella with her psychic abilities. He thinks she's a horrible seer right now, but with alotta of work (which he has said he would love to take her under his wing in less crazy times) she could become one of the strongest arcane seers in the world. He's saved her once from a horrible horrible death near a defiler circle by astral projecting to her and bringing her soul along with his into an Astral Crystal to hold it in stasis so she didn't get sucked into the circle. He spoke to her of the future and shared his wisdom with her. So, Bella literally owes her SOUL to this man and would do anything for him to repay his kindness beyond kindness.

The leader of a religion and province, Basaltus's word is usually highly regarded by all the other leaders of Rimelendor but during this war, the relations between all of the countries has been strained.
